Mike Martin

I just purchased a home using Mike Martin from Coldwell Banker Cascade out of Wenatchee, WA. Mike was referred to me through an online mortgage company based on the location of the house I was initially interested in. I had not had any good experiences with referred agents on my previous attempts, but when I met Mike I knew if I bought a house it would be from him.



He was attentive to what I was looking for, and it took changing locations and a lot of looking to find the right house. Throughout the process he remembered those things that concerned me or excited me in other homes when he saw them to make sure I did also. His attention and observations led me to the perfect house, and he was instrumental getting me through the mortgage company and title companies.



I look forward to acquiring more properties and will not think of anyone else as my agent. If you see one of his listings, call him, if your just starting to look, call Mike first, if it's listed anywhere he will get you in.

My husband and I were looking at homes in Wenatchee for a possible move due to

my husband's job. Mike was so helpful and attentive to our needs. He had a lot of

patience in dealing with our situation, as we didn't know if we were even going to

end up in Wenatchee or another city. He was always quick to communicate,

respond to questions (and we had a lot of them), and was always available for us.

My husband's job ended up sending us to Oregon, but we were so thankful for his

Mike has been great to work with! I have really appreciated his pressure free approach to home buying. His goal is to inform you as a buyer- not just sell you a house! He’s very knowledgeable in real estate, and if he doesn’t know something, he will do the research and give you the correct answer- not just what sounds best. When I had issues on the lending side of things due to some delayed paperwork, Mike stuck with it and kept working hard on the issue until it was resolved!
