My husband and I are repeat customers with Annette. We have both bought and sold houses with her. She is honest, prompt, and knowledgeable. I worked to gain my real estate license in 1986 and worked for Coldwell Banker in Wenatchee. I immediately fell in love with my job and thought it was fun working the puzzle of finding the right buyers for a house or helping sellers get the most for their house in the shortest amount of time. I also work referrals for people moving in or out of the area and I am a USAA representative and work with eligible USAA buyers and sellers.
I, along with my husband of over 35 years, enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, biking, boating and skiing. I believe Wenatchee is the best place to live in the state. The Columbia River runs through our town and offers wonderful opportunities for outdoor activities. We also have Mission Ridge only 12 miles away offering fresh, powder skiing for the beginner and the experienced. Wenatchee also has an abundance of mountain biking trails and a 10 mile loop trail around the river that has been extended north and south along the river for great bike riding or all ages and experiences. Wenatchee also has four distinct seasons and is a healthy, active community. As you can see I love Wenatchee so it is very easy for me to sell homes in Wenatchee!
Our office owns the Winthrop, Lake Chelan and Wenatchee offices. We have one of the largest real estate companies in North Central Washington. I strongly believe businesses have a social obligation to give back to their communities. Our firm has committed to Pledge 1% and we contribute 1% of our INCOME (before profit) from EVERY real estate transaction we close to a local non-profit organization.
